Configure no-data and error handling
No-data and error handling controls what your rule does when a query returns no data or fails.
In this milestone, you configure how the rule handles missing data and query errors.
In the evaluation behavior area, expand Configure no data and error handling to control what happens when a query returns no data or errors.
The defaults are usually fine, but change the behavior for queries that legitimately return no data at times — for example, set No data to Normal so a quiet log stream doesn’t fire an alert.
